You may delete your account at any time directly within the app by going to profile settings and selecting the account deletion option. You do not need to email us, submit a request, or wait for approval.
When you delete your account, your personal information is permanently deleted from our active systems at that time. It is not held for a waiting period and we have no way to bring it back. Once deleted, we cannot restore it.
Two things to be aware of. Our systems are backed up on a routine schedule for disaster recovery, so deleted information may remain in those backup files until they expire on their normal rotation. And we keep a limited business record of subscription and billing activity, which we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes. That record does not include your name, email address, or phone number and cannot be used to identify you.
Please note that deleting your LANEMetrics account does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store and can only be cancelled through the store where you purchased them.

When a customer/user deletes their account from inside the app, all data and information related to that account is immediately removed from the database. Truck Tech Innovations, LLC does not retain any customer/user data or information past the time of an account being deleted. There is NO additional retention period for records once a deletion action has been requested.
All of the following stored customer data will be deleted.
DATA TYPES STORED BY RAW FUeL 2.0 are limited to: email address, user-name, phone number, list of calculations performed in the app calculators.
If a customer/user would like to inquire to confirm that all data and any related information has been deleted, they may do so by contacting us with the form below.
The contact information given in the data request form will not be retained or used for any purpose other than to contact you about your specific data request.
